Delete your Darwvin account

Your Darwvin account is the account you use on darwvin.com and to sign in to RemoteOpsX on desktop and Android. You can delete it yourself at any time.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in at darwvin.com/login with the account you want to delete.
2. If you have a subscription, cancel it first with Manage billing in your account, so you are not charged again.
3. Open Account → Sign-in and security and choose Delete my account.
4. Type your account's email address to confirm, then select Delete my account.

Can't sign in any more? Email support@darwvin.com from the address of the account and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

• At once: you are signed out on every browser and device, including the RemoteOpsX apps; your password and sign-in links stop working; your subscriptions and plan access end; your newsletter subscription is removed; and your name, email address, company and phone number are removed from your Darwvin account.
• Within 30 days: your RemoteOpsX account is erased, with its devices, synced servers and vaults, personal settings and plans. Organizations you were a member of keep their own security records, with your name and email replaced by an anonymous id.

What is kept

• Records of purchases (product, amount, date and the payment reference) are kept without your name or email address, as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• A license key you already installed keeps working; the license record no longer names you.
• Data stored on your own computers and phones stays there until you remove the apps.

Darwvin Softphone

Darwvin Softphone uses a separate account. To delete it, use api.darwvin.com/account/delete.
