How buying works today

Online card checkout is not open yet, so purchases run through a quote and invoice. It is one extra email, and it means we check your setup before you pay.

  1. Tell us what you need

Which product, how many installations or sites, and what your setup looks like. The quote form on each product page asks exactly that.

  2. We confirm it fits, then quote

If your PBX, PHP or WordPress version is a problem, we say so before taking money. Otherwise you get a written quote and an invoice.

  3. Payment and delivery

Once payment is confirmed we issue your license key and the package, usually the same working day.

  4. Setup and support

Install it yourself with the setup guide, or ask us — connection help is part of onboarding. Updates and support run for the period in your order.

License keys and activation

Your key arrives by email and is also available in your account, where you register the domain each license runs on and download the latest version. Keys are stored as one-way hashes on our side, so nobody — including us — reads them back out of the database.

Updates and support

Updates and technical support are included for the period stated in your order. Support covers installation guidance, configuration help and fixing defects. Custom development is quoted separately as a project.

Questions

Why are there no prices on the site?

Licensing depends on how many installations or sites you run and which edition you need, so we quote per customer rather than publish a number we would have to caveat. Ask through any product page and you get a written quote.

What happens when my support period ends?

The version you have keeps working — licenses are not subscriptions that switch the software off. Renewing gives you newer versions and support again.

Can I move a license to another domain or server?

Yes. You set or change the licensed domain yourself in your account. Frequent transfers may need our approval, which is there to stop one license being shared across many sites.

What does a license check send to your servers?

Only what is needed to answer yes or no. The plugins send their license token and the domain they run on; a Darwvin Encoder build sends a single machine fingerprint and reads back one boolean. No call records, customer data or source code is transmitted. The security page describes each check in detail.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, under the conditions on our refund policy page — mainly when the product does not do what its product page describes on a supported setup and we cannot fix it.

Can I see it working before buying?

Ask for a walkthrough. VoIPPress also includes a test-call simulator that shows the inbound screen-pop without a PBX connected, and every product page links to its full setup guide and release history.

What each license check transmits, how your PBX credentials and keys are stored, and what we do not claim are set out on the security page.

The binding terms are in the software license, terms of service and refund policy.
