Software license terms

These terms apply to PerfexVoIP, VoIPPress and Darwvin Encoder (the “Software”). Your quote or invoice may add details such as the number of installations or the support period; where it does, those details apply together with these terms.

What you receive

A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your own business, for the number of installations and the scope stated in your order:

• PerfexVoIP: one license per Perfex CRM installation.
• VoIPPress: one license per WordPress site.
• Darwvin Encoder: use by the vendor account named in the order, within the plan agreed with us.

There are no per-agent or per-user fees unless your order says otherwise.

Activation and license checks

A license may be bound to a domain or server. You can register or change the domain in your customer account; excessive transfers may require our approval. Some products contact our license server to confirm a license is valid. Code protected with Darwvin Encoder only runs where the loader extension is installed and the build's locks are satisfied.

Updates and support

Your license includes updates and technical support for the support period in your order. After it ends, the version you have keeps working; renewing gives access to newer versions and support again. Support covers installation guidance, configuration help and fixing defects — not custom development.

Restrictions

• Don't resell, sublicense, rent or share the Software or license keys.
• Don't remove or bypass license checks or protection.
• Don't reverse-engineer protected parts of the Software, except where the law expressly allows it.
• You may modify unprotected source for your own installation; you are responsible for supporting those changes.

Encoded code you distribute

With Darwvin Encoder you may distribute protected builds of your own software to your customers, together with the Darwvin loader extension for running them. You remain responsible for your software and your agreements with your customers.

Termination

If you materially breach these terms or a payment is reversed, we may revoke the affected licenses. Refunded licenses are revoked. Sections that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.

Ownership

The Software, including its source, protection and documentation, remains our property. Open-source components included in the Software are provided under their own licenses.

Warranty and liability

The warranty and liability terms in our terms of service apply to the Software.

In this document, “Darwvin”, “we” and “us” mean Darwvin. The full legal name and registered address of the contracting entity are stated on your quote or invoice and are available on request.
