This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, contact us, buy a license or use your customer account, and how we use it. We collect only what we need to answer you, deliver software and keep our systems secure.

Data we collect

Contact and project inquiries

When you send the contact or project form we store your name, email address, optional company name, the message and the answers you choose to give (project type, budget range, timeline, links and contact preference).

Customers and licenses

When you buy a license we store your name, email address, optional company name, your orders, the licenses issued to you and the domains you register for them. License keys are stored as one-way hashes; a key is kept in encrypted form only so it can be delivered to you.

License validation

Products that check their license send the license token and the domain or server they run on to our license server. We use this only to confirm the license is valid and to prevent misuse.

Technical data

Our servers keep standard request logs (IP address, time, requested URL, browser user agent) for security and troubleshooting, and apply rate limits based on IP address.

Payments

Online payments, when available, are handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of the payment and a reference, never your full card details. The processor's own privacy policy applies to the data you give it.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps your theme preference, the contents of your cart and, when you sign in, your customer session token. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

How we use your data

• To reply to inquiries and prepare quotes and proposals.
• To deliver licenses, downloads, updates and support.
• To validate licenses and prevent unauthorized use of our software.
• To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.
• To protect our services against abuse and attacks.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business — hosting, email delivery and, when enabled, payment processing — process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries that don't lead to a project: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Orders, invoices and license records: for as long as the license is in use and as long as accounting and tax rules require after that.
• Server logs: for a limited period needed for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete data we are not required to keep. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access to administrative systems is restricted, and license keys are hashed. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you as required by law.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
