Cloud call centerEarly access
A cloud call center for sales and support teams.
Agents, queues and IVR for inbound and outbound calling, with recordings, a live supervisor dashboard and call analytics — connected to your SIP trunk or PBX.
| Queue | Waiting | Agents | Longest |
|---|---|---|---|
| Support | 3 | 4 / 6 | 01:12 |
| Sales | 0 | 2 / 3 | — |
| Billing | 1 | 1 / 2 | 00:24 |
A phone system built for an office does not run a call center. Callers wait with no queue position, nobody can see which agents are free, missed calls disappear, and the only report is the phone bill.
Route calls to the right group of agents, with ring strategies, wrap-up time and overflow rules.
Build menus that send callers where they need to go, by time of day and by choice.
Answer in the browser or on a SIP phone, and place calls with one click from a list or a CRM record.
Bring your own SIP trunk, or connect an existing Asterisk-based PBX rather than replacing it.
Every call is logged with its direction, duration and outcome. Recordings are attached and access-controlled.
See queues, waiting callers and agent states live, and step in when a queue backs up.
Answer rates, waiting times, service levels and agent activity, by queue and period.
Agents record an outcome on every call, and calls are logged onto the matching record in Darwvin CRM or over the API.
Queue inbound calls by topic, measure waiting time, and never lose a missed call.
Work through call lists with click-to-call and a required outcome on each call.
Give supervisors a live board and a weekly report that come from the same data.
A hosted account with your queues, IVR and agents configured during onboarding.
Onboarding, trunk and PBX connection help, updates and technical support are included with every plan.
See how licensing and buying work, the software license and the refund policy.
Darwvin Call Center is in early access. Telephony has to be connected to your trunk or PBX, so accounts are set up with us. Request access and we will plan onboarding with you.
No. You bring your own SIP trunk or PBX, so your numbers, your carrier and your call rates stay yours.
No. Connecting an existing Asterisk-based PBX is a supported setup. If you only need calling inside WooCommerce or Perfex CRM, VoIPPress or PerfexVoIP may be the smaller answer.
Plans are quoted per team during early access, because trunk and PBX setups differ. Choose a plan and request a quote; you will get a written price before any commitment.
Recordings are stored with your account and access is controlled by role. Retention is something we agree with you during onboarding, because the rules differ by country.
